Is shipping included?
We ship worldwide. Shipping prices are determined based on the size and weight of the artwork and the destination.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship everywhere, which allows shipments from Israel.
Do I need to pay import duties and VAT / taxes?
Yes, if applicable in your region.
When will my artwork be delivered?
Ready-made artworks ship within 1-4 weeks. For commissioned pieces, delivery times are specified in the agreement. Please check the product page for exact details.
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
How can I find the price of each artwork?

What payment methods do you accept?
Can I visit your studio?
Yes! We love having guests visit the studio. An art advisor will guide you through Gerstein’s studio and story. You can send us an email to coordinate a visit > info@michalshmuel.com
We will approach each case individually and want to ensure a positive experience.
Will there be variations between the online image and the actual artwork?
Slight variations in color may occur due to differences in display settings on your device.
Will I receive a Certificate of Authenticity (COA)?
Yes, all artworks come with a Certificate of Authenticity.
Can I request a dedication from the artist?
Michal is delighted to offer a personalized dedication in Hebrew or English. Simply contact us with your request.

Can I print your art?
No, you cannot make cannot reproduce, adapt, distribute, print, etc.
Ownership of the physical artwork is a personal property right. However, copyright is an intellectual property right and this does not transfer from the artist to the buyer.

Will you work alongside an interior decorator?
We would be happy to assist you in finding the art that fits your interior design and budget.

I’d like to return/cancel my order.
There are no refunds after invoice issuance. Once an invoice is issued, refunds are no longer available.
If an invoice has not been issued and you wish to cancel your order, contact us at info@michalshmuel.com. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction.
Refunds will only be issued once the artwork is returned in its original packaging. The client must confirm that the artwork is in the same condition as when it was dispatched.
You are responsible for covering the cost of returning the artwork. This includes shipping and repackaging.
Wrong or damaged item.
We are sorry if you have received a wrong or damaged item. Please, take many clear videos and pictures of the item and packaging and email them to us > info@michalshmuel.com.
